Duties:1. Coordinate and execute strategic communication plans to enhance awareness in education and outreach projects and manage deliverable timelines;2. Draft, review, edit, proofread and handle translation for marketing materials and collateral in line with the corporate communications strategy and support corporate business needs and initiatives;3. Maintain and provide content management for company social media platforms and website content;4. Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, corporate newsletter content including press release, media kit, house programme, poster, leaflet, educational post, etc.;5. Plan and execute event plan related to education and outreach performances;6. Drive and execute effective customer/ vendor/ media communications;7. Able to deal with deadlines and with good time management at work.Requirement:1. Bachelor degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields;2. At least 2 years professional experience in NGO/ educational corporate/ marketing/ PR agency;3. Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and e-mail skills required;4. Knowledge of graphic design basics and video editing basics is an advantage.

Assist in programme planning, producing and coordination of stage performances, educational and outreach projects, and ad hoc projects as assigned;2. Assist in execution of strategic communication plans to enhance company awareness and manage deliverable timelines. Participate in, and may lead, project production meetings, and following up sponsorship opportunity;3. Maintain a strong media network, handle media interview, reporting and other related functions;4. Collaboratively work with other departments for logistics;5. Assist in managing and liaising with artists and service providers;6. Manage budget and compile reports;7. Provide full spectrum of administration and secretary supports to senior management.Requirement:1. Degree holder or above;2. At least 2 year of solid working experience in theatre production;3. Strong interest in performing arts;4. Good understanding of theatre production process as well as local performing arts field;5. Detail minded and self-motivated;6. Strong communication and coordination skills;7. Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English;8.
