Executive Officer in the Institute for China Business
Monthly Salary Range: HK$21,225 - HK$44,435
Duties: The appointee will be responsible to develop and execute plans for programme administration, supervise supporting colleagues and ensure a smooth operation of the subject group. He/She will also be required to prepare reports and document according to School’s quality assurance requirements, and liaise with both internal and external parties for programme administration purposes.
Requirements: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree with 4-5 years’ relevant work experience preferably in the higher education and/or continuing education sector. They should be service-oriented, detail-minded, independent and able to work under pressure. Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and supervisory skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) are required. Good computer proficiency will be an advantage.
Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract. Medical and dental benefits, annual leave and the use of sports and library facilities will be provided where applicable. The School also provides staff development opportunities.
