Monthly Salary Range: HK$17,690 - HK$29,105

Duties: The appointee will provide administrative support to the daily operation of Centre for eSports such as providing support in programme admission, promotion and student recruitment; perform programme administrative duties such as registration, timetabling, public enquires and compiling reports. He/She will also provide support in backend activities of seminars and workshops including registration, venue booking, liaison with speakers and logistic of equipment and other ad hoc duties.

Requirements: Candidates should preferably have a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ general administration / secretarial experience. Candidates with (a) (i) Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or equivalent; or (ii) Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and (b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent, with substantial relevant experience, at least 5 years, will also be considered. He/She must possess some basic understanding of eSports and the industry, with experience in administration or programme management. He/She should be self-motivated, independent, detail-minded and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and under pressure. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing are essential.

Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract. Medical and dental benefits, annual leave and the use of sports and library facilities will be provided where applicable. The School also provides staff development opportunities.
