Full-time/Part-time Cook
The appointee will be responsible for mise-en-place production and food safety.
Applicants should have (i) at least 4 years’ cooking experience in western restaurant in the capacity of Cook; and (ii) fluency in Cantonese. Knowledge of simple English will be advantageous.
Appointment will be made on a 2-year contract (with contract-end gratuity for a 2-year full-time contract) commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
