職位描述
•通過了解客戶的需求，評估和確定合適的人選，負責完整的招聘流程，根據客戶的工作要求提供候選人
•通過以專業和高效的方式銷售和執行招聘服務，實現並超越個人銷售目標
•與候選人保持緊密的關係，確保他們的可用性和市場活動始終保持最新和追踪
•接觸並獲取新的企業客戶，並從現有關鍵客戶客戶中識別新的商業機會
•識別客戶需求並為客戶提供一站式解決方案，以改善其業務工作流程和流程，提高成本效益並提高業務績效
職位需要
•中六或以上
•喜歡在充滿活力，快節奏和注重成果的環境中工作
•出色的演講和影響力，能夠為各級客戶和候選人提供建議
•注重細節，負責任，足智多謀，積極主動，有能力有效處理多項任務
•熟練使用廣東話和流利英語
