- Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines;
- 3 year or above experience in IT/ helpdesk support;
- Provide remote and on-site technical support and perform troubleshooting;
- Provide log support activities to the ticketing system
- Familiar with PC hardware & software, Windows servers, Windows OS, MAC OS and VMware platform;
- Good knowledge of server administration, network infrastructure;
- Shift duty is NOT required;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as junior position.
Remarks:
- Monthly salary:
- Junior position: HK$13-16K + Discretionary bonus;
- Senior position: HK$17-20K + Discretionary bonus;
- Working location: Kowloon Bay;
- 5-day work;
- Good fringe benefits e.g. medical and banking holiday will be provided.
