屯門區客戶服務主任 - 接聽熱線部 Customer Service Representative
於客戶服務熱線內,就客戶的查詢,快速尋找解決問題的方法以及解答有關部門的查詢與及轉介意見或投訴
全盤負責接聽熱線, 無需cold call!
中五/中學文憑或以上程度,歡迎有興趣於電訊業發展及 應屆畢業生
具備基本客戶服務經驗, 經驗豐富者可受聘為高級客戶服務主任
底薪加獎金, 月入約$13,500 - $15,800 視乎經驗
表現獎金每月$2,500
另有每月準貼等等約$1,800
良好晉升機會 及 完善在職培訓(2星期)
屯門區工作
五至六天工作, 每天8小時工作, 輪班輪休
14天年假
