Duties:

  • Responsible for operation of the reception counter and maintain good relationship with customers
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks to support the office operation when necessary
  • Work morning / afternoon shift from Monday to Friday (weekend and public holidays when necessary) with overtime pay and shift allowance.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in any disciplines
  • Work experience in the Hospitality / Hotel industries / Customer Services or front office is an advantage, but fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Fluency in spoken Cantonese, good in both spoken and written English, good Putonghua is a plus
  • Good computer skills
  • Pleasant, proactive, customer-oriented, well-mannered and a team player
