Remuneration:

Job Description:

- Handle inbound leads through different channels: phone, email, chat;

- Maximize sales and convert new customer leads;

- Use sales briefs and guidelines effectively;

- Maintain sales pipelines and documentation accurately and timely;

- Work closely with customer service and operations to provide seamless sales service and customer experience;

- Work closely with the marketing team and provide feedback on successful customer acquisition campaigns;

Job Requirements:

- Diploma or above in any discipline;

- At least 1-3 years' experience in sales;

- Good command of spoken / written Cantonese and English;

- Good command of CRM, pipeline management systems and Office suite.
