- Fresh graduates are welcome;
- Experience in CS/ Account servicing/ Project coordination is preferred;
- Main job duty is to liaise with clients face to face, by email or telephone with good customer service skills in order to fulfill their requirements;
- Act as a contact point between clients and internal parties to meet deadlines;
- Shift duty is required (with attractive shift allowance) - roster will be arranged once per month in advance;
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as senior position.
Remarks:
- Monthly salary: Negotiable (Depends on candidates experience) + discretionary bonus;
- Working location: Central;
- 5-day work;
- Good fringe benefits e.g. OT& Shift allowance, banking holiday, etc.
