Who we’re looking for?
- Handle incoming telephone enquiries on products / services from corporate customers in a professional manner
- Responsible for carrying out technical support work and daily operation tasks including support phone and email handling
- Provide problem diagnosis, cause identification and resolving system problems
Way to success
- Diploma or above
- Good computer software knowledge
- Good problem solving skills and quick learner
- Able to work well under pressure
- Hardworking, reliable, able to work independently as well as a team
- Good command in both written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- On-job training will be provide
- Some technical or accounting background advantage
- Fresh graduates will be considered
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Candidate who have more experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer
