Job Description

In this position, you will provide high-quality services to customers, which can help to build a solid foundation for the company's future development.


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide quality pre-sales and after-sales services
  2. Assist customers to Install or upgrade Homily software products
  3. Educate customers to use Homily software products
  4. To ensure customers enjoy the best product’s experience and maintain in excellent service levels
  5. Follow up customer issues distributed by supervisor
  6. Ensure customer‘s records are accurate and kept in a good timely manner
  7. Complete the monthly KPI set by the company
  8. Assist in the execution of company's projects and plans

In order to success, you should have the following requirements:

  1. Post-Secondary or above
  2. At least 1 – 2 years experiences in customer service industry
  3. Basic understanding of the stock market is an advantage, but it is not necessary
  4. Proactive team player with customer service mindset
  5. Fluent in spoken and written Chinese

  6. 確保所跟進或處理的客戶均有及時保存記錄和報告
  7. 完成每月公司所定下的考核指標
  8. 協助執行公司不定時的項目/計劃


  1. 大專或以上學歷
  2. 1 - 2年的客戶服務經驗
  3. 股票市場基本應知是一種優勢,但並非必要
  4. 良好的客戶服務和溝通技巧
  5. 良好粵語及讀寫中文
