職責：
- 接聽客戶服務熱線, 解答客戶的電話查詢和作出跟進 (無須銷售及cold call)
- 處理客戶的投訴，提供及解釋解決問題的最佳解決方案
- 與客戶保持良好關係
- 一般文書工作
要求：
- 中五或以上程度
- 會考或中學文憑試英文科合格
- 具備銀行工作經驗者優先
- 具備客戶服務或熱線中心經驗
- 能夠獨立工作和在壓力下完成工作
- 具有良好溝通及電話應對技巧，積極勤奮
- 流利粵語、英語, 能操普通話者為佳
- 具實際操作電腦知識, 包括文書處理
- 可即時上班者優先考慮
