Customer service, Marketing - Fintech
- Write clear marketing copy including ad copy, social media copy, blogs, website, emails, press release to promote our products/services
- Work closely with product and CS team to ensure consistency of communication
- Communicate with our users via social media, email, chat and phone
- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources and studies) including product promotion, education, opinion, updates etc
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Able to communicate in Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficient skills in MS word, excel & Chinese Word Processing
- Like Technology, willing to start your career in Fintech industry
- Logical, systematic and open-minded when resolving issues
- Experience in communicating with customers would be preferred
- Startup experience is a definitely advantage
- Immediately available is highly preferable
