 Responsibilities: 

· Abilityto provide training sessions and briefings to different types of audiences/parties assigned by the users 

· Experienced in performing 1-to-1 training and in-class training 

· Excellent in documentation, prepare and design user guides, procedure manuals and training documentation in both written (English and Chinese) and video formats 

· Facilitateand maintain order and sustainable development of the IT training Portal 

· Commitment in the analysis of identifying new IT training requirements 

· Assist in helpdesk support on systems to users and external subscribers, answer to calls on general problems relating to IT systems and problem determination. 

· Organized in keeping an effective Inventory Management System 

· Offer internal support to ad hoc activities as specified by supervisor and management 

· Work hour : Mon to Fri 8:30 - 18:20, and Sat 8:00 - 18:00 (Must be willing to work one full day on Saturday per month as shift) 

 Requirements: 

· University degree holders (process a degree in Finance or Information Technology discipline) 

· Minimum 8 years of work experiences in the field of Information Technology/Training services 

· Holders with Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or related IT certificate is preferred 

· Excellent soft skills and techniques in interpersonal communication and presentation
