Job Description

Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Be responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including to develop and execute recruitment & selection process, especially to organise and host recruitment/career fairs, pre-employment screening, compensation & benefits, training & development and employee relations

• Develop and review Human Resources policy and procedures to match with business demand and strategies

• Lead or participate in ad hoc projects as required

Compensation and Benefit

• Drive annual compensation process including salary review, budgeting, incentive schemes to facilitate recruitment and retention program

• Compile management reports and statistical analysis

• Employee benefits enrolment/disenrollment and associated administration

• Review and prepare annual group benefit renewals including: medical, dental, life and travel insurance

• Develop and review Human Resources policy and procedures to match with business demand and strategies Payroll Administration

• Monthly payroll processing

• Year-end Tax filing

• MPF pension administration

• Manage time reporting / leave record administration and maintenance

• Collect and maintain employee forms/documents, personnel records, training records and personnel files

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ solid recruitment /talent acquisition (in particular organising recruitment/career fairs) experience in Human Resources role in banking & finance industry

• Well-versed with the Employment Ordinance and related legislation in Hong Kong

• Detail-oriented, good in numbers and analytical skills

• Organized, open-minded, tactful, and proactive

• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Good command of English and Chinese
