職責：
- 管理店舖日常運作及人事管理
- 跟進員工服務表現及培訓新員工
- 數據分析
- 提供優質顧客服務
- 協助顧客選購合適的貨品
- 舖面管理
要求：
- 三年或以上超市/ 零食店管理經驗
- 具備卓越領導才能，能獨立管理店舖運作
- 管理店舖日常運作，數據管理及分析
- 具敏銳市場觸角及銷售分析能力
- 積極、主動及有責任心
- 良好溝通及人際技巧
- 具建立良好團隊能力能
