Responsibilities:-
- Handle customer enquiries (including inbound and outbound calls/emails) and complaints
- Deliver superior emergency assistance service to customers & VIPs
- Maintain customer log in relative systems
- Maintain a good relationship with service providers and corporate clients
- 負責接聽來電, 解答查詢, 回應投訴等
- 不需銷售產品- 與運輸/倉庫部門協調以確保訂單履行;
- 維護及更新客戶數據庫; 在部門內提供行政協助
Salary: $45-$65/per working hour
薪金 : $45-$65/ 每小時
Working Hour: 7:30am-11am / 11am-3:30pm / 7:30-3:30pm

Working Location: Wong Chuk Hang / Central / North Point / Admiralty / Quarry Bay
