Marketing Communication Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate company profiles/newsletters/websites/CRM database update
• Maintain existing customer database and work closely with PR Team to provide in-depth customer analysis for retention programs
• Play an active role to plan and execute cost effective marketing programmes. Ensure market-appropriate implementation of local/oversea marketing and communication activities as per seasonal brand direction and annual strategic plan
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies
• Identify potential joint campaigns with partners in order to generate new sales
• Organize events and implement marketing activities
• Prepare various marketing reports and conduct market surveys and analysis on a regular basis
• Handle departmental administration works and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience 
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality or advertising agency would be a positive but is not essential
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office application
• Strong marketing sense with creative mind
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player, proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate available is highly preferred
