Responsibilities/職責描述:

- Prepare business report of all sales & distribution channels including but not limited to vendor sales, direct sales and branches for tracking and analysis purpose

- Manage the Management Flow of all sales & distribution channels and calculation of commission

- Liaise with branches to ensure smooth operation flow and redefine if necessary

- Carry out customer survey to ensure excellent services are delivered

- Assist in Sales Support Manager in planning and implementing sales activities, website revamp and electronic system enhancement

- Perform general clerical support duties

- 準備相關銷售報告

- 管理銷售程序及計算佣金

- 與分行保持溝通並確保流暢運作,需要時提出改善建議

- 進行客戶調查,以確保服務水平

- 協助銷售支援經理規劃及實行銷售活動

- 協助優化電子系統及網頁

- 一般文書工作

Qualifications and attributes/學歷要求:

- Secondary Educated or above

- Minimum 2 years sales experience in consumer finance industry is preferable

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Good knowledge of MS Office

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

- 中五畢業或以上

- 有兩年或以上於金融行業銷售經驗更佳

- 良好人際及溝通技巧

- 必需熟悉MS Office

- 流利中文,英文

Working location/工作地點: Wan Chai (灣仔)

薪金/Salary: 12-16k
