Our client is a leading telecom company in Hong Kong, they are now looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities 工作要求:
- Handle customers' enquiries and complaint in a professional manner
- 負責透過電話解答客戶查詢及投訴
Requirements 入職要求:
- 中五 / 中學文憑或以上程度，懂簡單電腦操作
- 主動，熱誠，具良好溝通技巧及服務態度
- 操流利廣東話及一般英語
- 良好溝通技巧，能獨立處理問題
- F.5 or above with minimum 2 year relevant experience in service industry
- Good knowledge of mobile, internet and PC products
- Good spoken English & Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
- Customer oriented, pleasant, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
Location: Ngau Tau Kok
Working Time: 1400pm to 0100am (9 hours per shift)
