Responsibilities:
· Assist in preparing internal and external correspondences and presentation materials for management meetings
· Maintain proper filing and documentation system
· Assist in monitoring the daily operations of administrative function
· Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by Supervisor of the Departments
· Assist in handling recruitment process such as arrangement of interviews, verificationof candidate's qualifications, visa applications etc.
· Assist in organizing company events such as annual dinner, Christmas party and otherad-hoc events
· Implement Human Resources policies and procedures.
Requirements:
· Higher diploma or above
· 1-2 years' relevant experience in Administration is preferable
· Self-motivated,proactive, analytical and independent
· Able to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadline
· Willing to take up challenges with “Can-do” attitude
· Fluent in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
· Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Power Point , Chinese Word Processing
· Immediate available is highly preferred
Job details:
· Work days: 5-6 days week
· Work hours: 9.5 hours per day
· Work location: San Po Kong(near MTR station)
