Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible and Participate on new PC deployment, user set-ups, and printer/phoneinstallations. 
  • Be the 1st-level IT support to internal users, laptop software and hardware installation 
  • Provide regular check up on users regarding all software changes and upgrades. 
  • Schedule installations and projects with users in a timely manner. 
  • Troubleshoot and replace failed computing hardware on both desktop PC's and laptop computers 
  • Collaborate with the HQ Helpdesk team on tickets relevant to the local users request and Issue. 
  • Update inventory list and documents 
  • Perform ad hoc projects as assigned  

 

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Engineer or related disciplines. 
  • 1 year or above in IT support experience 
  • Analytical skills to study problems and records and identifysolutions. 
  • Knowledge on MS Windows, MS Office, eMail applications will be advantage 
  • Good team player as well as able to work independently organize and prioritize work assignments, with great attention to detail. 
  • Must be able to professionally communicate in a technical and non-technical manner to Users. 
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese 
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
