Reporting to Sales & Marketing Manager, the candidate will mainly drive marketing initiatives and implement sales planning and strategy. The Opportunity (Client/Job):

Responsibility: 

· Conduct market research and analysis 

· Promote corporate branding and implement marketing campaigns across multi-channels 

· Conduct copywriting, PR writing, social media management  

· Establish and maintain good relationship with key business partners 

· Develop and implement sales plans with business partners to end users 

· Handle business partner and end user enquiries 

· Assist in ad-hoc duties assignments when required 

Requirements: 

· Diploma Holder or above in marketing, finance, real estate or other relevant disciplines 

· Proficient in Microsoft office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

· Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese 

· Strong analytical and presentation skills  

· Willing to accept challenges and work under pressure 

· Sales & Marketing experience in real estate, finance or related industry will be an advantage
