Duties:
- Day-to-day handling client support, like Helpdesk and Network Support
- Provide POS support to retail branch stores
- Assist Supervisor in project management and system migration
- Perform configuration and deployments of Windows platforms
- Handle basic level of Network devices, such as configuration of Router and Switch
- Liaise with different vendors for requesting software update or renew license
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information System or related discipline
- With 1 year of work experience in providing Windows System Support
- Experience in maintaining POS/Print server
- Experience in configuring Network switch & router will be an added value
- Technical knowledge of supporting O365 and Microsoft AD
- Strong commination skills and positive mindset
- Good command in spoken Chinese and English
- Fresh graduate will be also considered
