Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 years solid understanding & experience in F&B management (Yakiniku experiencepreferred)  
  • Directly supervises the team to ensure they are in compliance with established store policies andprocedures  
  • Lead, develop and motivate a team of staff to attain a high level of food quality  
  • Prepares Japanese food items and sides in accordance to set standards  
  • Knowledgeable and complies with the Company’s standards on food portioning, cooking methods,quality standards, kitchen recipes, policies and procedures  
  • Oversee the maintenance of the kitchen, cooking areas, sushi counters, kitchen equipmentand food storage areas clean, sanitized and organized

  • 5-8年相關餐飲管理經驗 (烤肉店經驗優先) 
  • 監督團隊遵守既定的公司政策和工作程序,以確保廚房正常運作 
  • 領導,培訓和激勵團隊成員以提升食品質量 
  • 按照既定標準製作及準備日式食品 
  • 熟悉及協助執行公司有關食物分配,烹飪方法,質量標準,廚房食譜,政策和程序的標準 
  • 監督廚房地方和煮食用具的衛生及清潔
