Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years solid understanding & experience in F&B management (Yakiniku experiencepreferred)
- Directly supervises the team to ensure they are in compliance with established store policies andprocedures
- Lead, develop and motivate a team of staff to attain a high level of food quality
- Prepares Japanese food items and sides in accordance to set standards
- Knowledgeable and complies with the Company’s standards on food portioning, cooking methods,quality standards, kitchen recipes, policies and procedures
- Oversee the maintenance of the kitchen, cooking areas, sushi counters, kitchen equipmentand food storage areas clean, sanitized and organized

- 5-8年相關餐飲管理經驗 (烤肉店經驗優先)
