跟單文員 Clerk (HK$11,000 ~ HK$15,000)

Job Highlights:

• Working hours: (Mon - Fri) 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. & (Sat) 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Alternate Saturday)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and mails
• Handle quotation, purchase order and follow up with suppliers
• Issue delivery note, invoice and coordinate deliveries with supplies
• Provide clerical support as assigned

Job Requirements:

• HKDSE / Form 5 with certificate
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel and Chinese WP
• Good command of Cantonese and English
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
