Responsibilities:
- Assist or represent Sales Director to negotiate and follow up tasks with clients and partners
- Liaise with internal departments and front-line sales team to ensure smooth daily operation
- Handle enquiries, filter and re-direct to the right point of contact
- Coordination to various team activities and projects in preparation/monitor/ report
- Ad hoc duties as assigned and may require outdoor work
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Minimum 4-5 years’ relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing is preferred
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, well-organized, independent and responsible
- Able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
