 Duties & Responsibilities 

  · Plan, implement and manage the overall recruitment strategy 

· Explore potential and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising, social media, jobfair, recruitment day and recruitment channels, etc. 

· Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of hiring needs, developingjob descriptions and specifications 

· Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions 

· Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions 

· Completing paperwork for new hires 

· Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity 

· Providing recruitment status reports to management 

· To maintain retention activities - conduct regular meetings with existingselective staff; conduct exit interview and report their feedback to themanagement.  

· Handle ad hoc projects as required 

  

Requirements/Qualification  

· A degree/diploma holder in Human Resources or related disciplines 

· With at least 2 years relevant working experience  

· Experience in job fair, mass recruitment, etc. is an advantage  

· The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies and recruitment channels 

· Self-motivated, responsible, independent and detail-oriented, good interpersonal andcommunication skills 

· A working knowledge of employment law and legislation 

· Immediate available is preferred 

  

 Working Hours/Work Location 

 Monday to Friday 0830 - 1730 andSaturday 0830 – 1230 

Work location: Ping Shan, Yuen Long
