Merchandising Clerk (5 days, 13-15K)
Business:Japanese Based Garment and Textile Trading
Benefit:5 days, double pay, performance bonus, medical scheme, dental insurance, 15 days annual leave etc
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and handle various documents, eg. invoices and P/L, etc. independently
• Work with shipping company for the shipment arrangement
• Manage goods return, ATA carnet and payment follow-up
• Provide general support to the team and assist in any ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
• Diploma or above with at least 1 year of administration experience
• Knowledge in logistics and trading industry would be an asset
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Knowledge of Japanese language is preferred
• Proficiency in MS offices applications
• Responsible, well-organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate available is preferred
