Job Highlights
- Manage, drive and motivate the Sales of the team- Monitor daily operations in the retail shop- Experience to lead the team to achieve the company goals.- Strategic Retail Operations ProcessesResponsibilities:
- Manage, drive and motivate sales and part-timer of the teams to achieve goals and targets.- Implement strategies and plans to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service standard;- Monitor daily operations of Shop.
Requirement:
Experience to lead the team to achieve sales targetResult oriented, excellent communications, presentation and influencing skills;Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;Good in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)Our offer :
