ERP System Support(兼職)

Job Responsibilities

Provide first-line support for ERP system users, including troubleshooting common issues and escalating complex problems to senior technical staff.

Assist in functional and regression testing of ERP modules during system upgrades, patches, or new implementation phases.

Document test cases, execution results, and user-reported defects using standard QA tools and internal tracking systems.

Collaborate with business users and IT teams to clarify requirements, validate configurations, and verify system behavior against specifications.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP system functionalities, release notes, and internal support procedures through training and hands-on practice.

Requirements

Holder of a Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Proficiency in both Cantonese and English for effective communication with local stakeholders and documentation purposes.

Familiarity with enterprise software concepts is preferred; prior exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is advantageous but not mandatory.

Strong attention to detail, logical thinking skills, and ability to follow structured testing and support protocols.

Eligible to work in Hong Kong under one of the following: Hong Kong Permanent Resident status, Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS), Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS), Immigration Arrangements for Non-local Graduates (IANG), Dependent Entry Visa, or other valid work permits.
