JOB RESPONSIBLITIE
- To perform store duties on ordering, receiving, issuing and inventory of store.
- Receive and inspect the goods received in both right quantity and quality.
- Input goods received record daily and post to the inventory system accurately.
- To assist in preparing month-end closing.
- Ensure the items are kept in an orderly fashion and in good condition.

- 準確地將每天收貨記錄輸入庫存系統
- 協助準備月末結算
- 確保貨品擺放整齊有序及品質良好
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE
- Form 5 or above
- 1 year working experience in store and receiving, exposure in hospitality industry will be an advantage.
- Knowledge in F&B, especially the names of food items in both English and Chinese.
- Proficient in Microsoft software including MS Word & Excel, etc.
- Good organization and communications skills.
- Proactive, willing to learn and work independent.
相關經驗及資歷要
- 中五程度或以上
- 1年相關經驗,有酒店經驗者更佳
- 具備餐飲知識,尤其是中英文食品名稱
- 精通電腦技巧,包括Excel及Word
- 良好的組織和溝通技巧
- 積極主動,願意學習和能獨立工作
