負責職務:
- 負責提供客戶服務，處理及核對貸款申請事宜。
- 無須 cold calls, 主要接待 walk in 客戶, 接聽電話查詢及回覆 emails。
入職要求:
- 中三或以上程度。
- 1 年客戶服務經驗 (無須要有貸款經驗)。
- 經驗來自銀行, 財務公司或電訊公司會被考慮主任職位。
- 良好粵語，一般普通話及英語，懂讀寫中文，懂閱讀英文，懂中文打字。
