Job Highlights
At least 1 year experience in sale
Responsible for generating new leads
Provide professional after sales services
** No EAA license require **
Responsibilities:
Provide high quality overseas property consultation service to clients
Attend company marketing events and drive sales to potential buyers
Discuss terms with prospective buyers on sales packages
Provide professional after-sales service in order to maintain its relationship and reputation
Give clear presentations and guide clients throughout the purchasing process
Work with the team to achieve team performance objectives
Other ad hoc duties assigned by Head of Sales
Requirements:
Experience in overseas property is a plus
Excellent communicator and negotiator
Fluency written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin will be advantage
Team player, outgoing, proactive and eager to achieve
Hands on PC Skills such as Microsoft Office
