Marketing Manager

Job Description:
To cope with our business expansion, we are now inviting candidates of high caliber for the following position:

Responsibilities:
Oversee the marketing department to fully support digital and traditional marketing for the company
Develop the marketing strategy in line with the brand positioning and company objectives, particularly digital and social media strategies
Prepare, implement and monitor integrated marketing plans and initiatives, from Digital, Social Media, PR, CRM, to achieve the company goal
Monitor, measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communications, gain insight and assess against goals
Manage and effectively allocate the marketing budget to achieve the marketing objectives based on ROI
Coordinate with Principals and Regions for achieving brand consistency
Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure all marketing campaigns can be effectively executed
Initiate market research studies, analyze their findings and share with recommendations and action plans
Perform ad hoc projects as requested

Requirements:
Degree holder or above in related disciplines
At least 5 years’ marketing experience with 1-2 years in managerial level
Solid experience with Digital and Online marketing is a must
Candidate with international brand experience would be an asset
Proactive, creative, strong analytical mind and communication skills
Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
