Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the eCommerce performance from marketing, project management, operation, merchandising and category planning and management for multi-brand.
  • Develop and implement eCommerce strategy in order to drive online sales, site traffic & registration.
  • Work with marketing team to implement, manage and improve the real-time marketing automation tools and processes 
  • Develop CRM strategies and marketing automation project for customer’s engagement and interaction for online shopping sites
  • Monitor KPI and Campaign ROI and compose regular and ad hoc reporting to understand the business performance of eCommerce
  • Seek new business opportunities to expand sales performance through data-minded strategies. 
  • Scale up the business through working with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders including product, marketing, sourcing, merchandizing, logistics, and production.
  • Analyse market and in-house data to understand consumer behaviours and identify marketing trends for developing e-Commerce on market trends and demand forecast
  • Conduct market & competitor research to understand customer needs for enhancing customer shopping experience.

To succeed in this role

  • Bachelor degree in eCommerce, online marketing, communications or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of experience in online marketing with 2 years of experience in retail eCommerce portals
  • Experience in website traffic generation by using SEM, SEO and Social Media, conversion optimization, and member base marketing
  • Quantitative and analytical skills with an ability to tailor analysis to specific circumstances (e.g. familiarity with Google Analytics, A/B testing and other online analytics tools that work with Magento)
  • Experience in furniture, F&B related online channels is preferred
  • Experience in HKTV mall, TMALL is highly preferred
  • Good project management skill and independent handle multi-tasks to meet tight deadlines
  • Passionate in online retail business and highly adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills with detail-oriented, creative and practical mindset
