** 職位職責

1.  爲客戶提供業務諮詢解答、客戶投訴處理、客戶建議接納等服務,及時爲客戶解决問題

2.  具備處理問題、工作跟進、溝通及疑難問題服務的意識跟能力

3.  提高客戶滿意度,遇到不能解决的問題按流程提交相關人員或主管處理,幷跟踪進展直至解决

 ** 職位要求

1.  學歷要求大專或以上學歷

2.  有服務經驗的優先考慮

3.  熟悉Word & Excel等辦公軟件的基本應用,中文打字速度每分鐘50-60字以上

4.  有良好的文字溝通能力和信息收集能力,能在繁雜的溝通信息中準確抓住重點

5.  抗壓性强,工作足够主動和積極,有良好的團隊合作精神 , 有足够的責任感

6.  有較强的靈活應變能力,快速分析用戶需求和解决問題

7.  必需能操流行普通話

8.  能够配合輪班和假日排班(早班08:00-17:00/晚班14:00-23:00/ 通宵班23:00-08:00)

9.  每星期6天工作  / 銀行假期
