Job Specification
- Provide daily IT operation service to in-house and site office
- Responsible for hardware,software and network equipment installation, configuration, and upgrade
- Troubleshooting for computersystem and network connection
- Timely report and update the job status to management and customer
- Assist in ad-hoc IT related tasks as required
Required Qualification
Education and Qualifications:
- Diploma or above in Information Technology/ Computer Science or related
discipline
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows and Office application
- Hand on experience in IT
- support operation, PC installation and troubleshooting
- Self-motivated, detailed-oriented,
- problem solving and analytical skills
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Technical Support
Language:
- Good in spoken and written English and Chinese
