Job Duties
- Handle full set I/E shipment and banking document independently.
- Arrange shipment from China to worldwide.
- Coordinate and planning with factories for inspection and shipment.
- Liaise with trucker/forwarder/carrier for shipment arrangement
- Resolve shipment issues with trucker, forwarder, customs, inspection house and factory
- Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction independently
- Having good negotiation ability with factories.
- Monitor the delivery schedule
Requirement:
- 5 years experience in shipping and merchandising in trading or shipping companies, with knowledge in Household, outdoor and MDF Furnitures.
- Solid knowledge of PRC shipping procedures including Export documents, customs declaration, order entry and processing, invoicing etc.
- Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure
- Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill
- Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
- Good knowledge of customs procedures in PRC are preferable;
- Sourcing of suppliers and products experience with highly
preferred - Immediate available is preferred
