About the Job 

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop amazing customer relations and create a great brand experience 

· Follow up through phone and email to introduce and promote relevant features, articles, and news 

· Manage pipeline and customer interest in a persistent & efficient manner 

· Explore and identify new business opportunities; search for deals in an extensive pool of sales leads 

· Understand users’ requirements and be able to design and propose solutions 

· Work with the team to offer innovative technological solutions and new perspectives on issues

 

Requirements:

· Self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills and has great attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects

· Basic knowledge with retail store operations and systems is preferred but not a must

· Result-oriented, self-motivated, energetic and a good team player.
