Job Responsibilities工作職責:

  • Handle both internal and external phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
    專業及有禮地接聽內部和外部的電話 。
  • Handles guests needs or requests and reports complaints to the Telephone Supervisor
    滿足客人需要或請求,並向主管匯報投訴情況 。
  • Attends to all guest queries and requests promptly
  • Working hours: 00:00am-23:59pm (10 hours rotation shift, 5 days work week)

Job Requirements工作要求:

  • 1 year experience in guest / customer service, or an equivalent working experience.
  • High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
    具有高中或酒店行政管理,酒店管理或相關的專業証書 。
  • Able to speak, read and write English and Putonghua.
  • Proficient in the use of Front Office OPERA System is an advantage
