Responsibilities:
- Support department head for HR and administration functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, staff training & development and performance management
- Assist for Payroll Management, Company Administration, Company Policies, SOP, Compensation & Benefits services within the company
- Keep track of the local market related legal compliance, propose changes to HR team, explain policies and procedures to business managers and employees as needed.
- Support for formulating and implementing HR strategies, plans, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislations and achieve operational effectiveness
- Review or revamp of the company policies on a regular basis
- Organize and coordinate company events, annual dinners and different kinds of staff activities
- Support any ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience or above
- Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Well conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other Hong Kong related legislation
- Excellent multi-task skills, able to work with tight deadlines
- Independent, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and motivation to learn
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $10,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
