RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare the restaurant to be ready for service according to restaurant standards
- Greet the guests, taking order and handle payments
- Deliver food & beverage items to guests
- Be attentive and alert of guest’s needs
- Provide excellent food and beverage service to customers
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing an excellent standard of food in a competent and professional manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of restaurant area
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in F&B industry
- Candidates from top-tier restaurant or hotel will be a definite advantage
- Service oriented, self-motived and a good team player, have strong sense of responsibility
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude with teamwork mindset
- Fluent proficiency in spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates should be currently in Hong Kong
- IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
- Working location: Admiralty / Central / Wanchai / Sheung Wan
