Responsibilities 職責:

Answer all incoming calls and deliver the enquiry / complaint to respective parties接聽所有來電並將查詢/投訴傳遞給相關方

Responsible for general office work including lost & found
負責一般辦公室工作,包括失物處理

Coordinate with different department efficiently & effectively
有效地與不同部門協調


Requirements 要求:

F. 5 or above preferably with training in Hotel Management/Housekeeping Operations
F. 5 或以上接受過酒店管理/客房服務方面的培訓

Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience
至少1年相關工作經驗

Good telephone manner and communication skill
良好的電話方式和溝通技巧
