Provide excellent customer service
and handle customer enquiries
Handle customer enquiries via
phone call, Whatsapp and email. Follow up and assist customer on rental and
renewal.
Build strong and long term
relationship with customer to achieve retention KPI.
Conduct operation reports to
monitor daily transaction and payment.
Perform ad-hoc tasks
