Warehouse Operations Supervisor / Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of warehouse operations in compliance with warehousing KPIs.
• Implement manpower planning and forecasting for warehouse and delivery operations.
• Stock take to secure the accuracy of stock balance and update in the company system.
• Provide service with two warehouses and handle ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in warehouse operations.
• Applicant with warehouse operation with lead team and management experience will be consider as Assistant Manager.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills – able to work under tight deadlines, manage conflicting priorities and cope with stress
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Shift duty is needed (08:00 to 17:00, 14:00 to 23:00 or 23:00 to 08:00)
• Working Location: Chai Wan & Yau Tong
