負責一般辦公室支援服務, 包括文件交收, 外勤工作, 會議室場地及設施安排, 分擔接待處之工作, 補充用品及文儀耗材, 以及其他由主管安排之工作

  • Handling incoming calls and supporting department needs
  • Greeting visitors and coordinating events as needed
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
  • Performing general office clerk duties and related
  • Maintaining supply inventory and office equipment
  • Handling minor purchasing and office removal

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 1 year working experience
  • Fluent Chinese & good English
  • Excellent PC knowledge is an advantage
