負責一般辦公室支援服務, 包括文件交收, 外勤工作, 會議室場地及設施安排, 分擔接待處之工作, 補充用品及文儀耗材, 以及其他由主管安排之工作
What efforts you need to make for this role?
- Handling incoming calls and supporting department needs
- Greeting visitors and coordinating events as needed
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
- Performing general office clerk duties and related
- Maintaining supply inventory and office equipment
- Handling minor purchasing and office removal
Let’s check if you are /have… - F.5 or above
- At least 1 year working experience
- Fluent Chinese & good English
- Excellent PC knowledge is an advantage
