Job Responsibilities
- To provide full spectrum of HR/Admin functions;
- Assist in the recruitment duties such as job posting, interview schedule, campus recruitment and on boarding arrangement;
- Handle the whole process of monthly payroll, staff benefits and work injury cases;
- Maintain accurate and updated staff records;
- Assist in ad hoc projects
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Human Resources/Business Administration or related disciplines;
- At least 1 year of experience in handling full spectrum of HR/Admin functions;
- Preferably in the Tourism and Hospitality industry or Service and Retail Industry;
- Sound knowledge of the Hong Kong employment law and other related regulations and human resource practices;
- Good communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
- Good interpersonal, motivation and influencing skills ;
- Self-motivated, keen to learn, able to work independently and strong sense of responsibility;
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive
