Job Responsibilities

  • To provide full spectrum of HR/Admin functions; 
  • Assist in the recruitment duties such as job posting, interview schedule, campus recruitment and on boarding arrangement;
  • Handle the whole process of monthly payroll, staff benefits and work injury cases;
  • Maintain accurate and updated staff records;
  • Assist in ad hoc projects

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources/Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • At least 1 year of experience in handling full spectrum of HR/Admin functions;
  • Preferably in the Tourism and Hospitality industry or Service and Retail Industry;
  • Sound knowledge of the Hong Kong employment law and other related regulations and human resource practices;
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
  • Good interpersonal, motivation and influencing skills
;
  • Self-motivated, keen to learn, able to work independently and strong sense of responsibility;
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive
