主要職責 :
- 監控餐廳事務及人力分配、日常運作如貨品管理、存貨管理、店鋪視覺陳列等
- 領導店鋪達到公司營業目標及各項標準
- 持續審視及控制營運與食材成本
- 監控店鋪衛生、職業安全及服務工作程序與規範
- 督導前線團隊提供優質顧客服務


入職要求:
- 中五程度或以上
- 最少 3 年的餐飲管理或酒店經驗
- 熱愛餐飲行業,具多國菜或連鎖餐廳管理經驗者優先考慮
- 具優秀組織規劃、解決問題、人際交往和客戶服務能力
- 具衛生督導員或衛生經理證書
